Good Leader?

In the past 2 days, I have been dealing with problems that raised the question related to being a good leader.
What does it mean when we say leader, what is the criteria of becoming a good leader?
First tips I collected through out my life journey, to be a good leader you must be a good listener.

Listen with your heart.
Listen and try to find the solution to understand and tackle issues.
Ability to listen and to see are two of our best asset bestow to us.
Listen and see things through our heart.

Any leader, at any point of time, given any problematic situation or facing any issue, sit and and relax, and open up your heart and start to listen.

Good doa to recite daily to keep abreast to this our listening skills. is as below.

ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﻋﺎﻓﲏ ﰲ ﺑﺪﱐ

   ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﻋﺎﻓﲏ ﰲ ﲰﻌﻲ

  ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﻋﺎﻓﲏ ﰲ ﺑﺼﺮﻱ

Allaahuma `afini fi badani, allaahuma `afini fi sam'i, allaahuma `afini fi basari.


O Allah, strengthen my body.
O Allah, strengthen my hearing.
O Allah, strengthen my sight.
